is it compulsory to file hsn summary in GSTR 2? what are the consequences if not filed the hsn summary in gstr 2?,kindly guide me

28 October 2017 Yes, it is very difficult task to provide HSN/SAC summary for GSTR 2. Govt. should reconsider this. To avoid this, you can initially accept the invoices in your GSTR 2 as uploaded by suppliers, later you can the invoices not uploaded by suppliers and add the HSN/SAC summary. It will reduce the time and difficulty.
