Hra & home loan benefit of house which is under construction

Dear All,
Kindly advise me on the below.
I have one flat in Kalyan which is under construction and i have taken Home loan for that.
Can i claim tax benefits for the same.
and at the same time I am paying rent on the current flat.
Can i claim HRA & tax benefit both??

Hi
For under construction property no benefit is available till construction is complete.
However you can claim HRA on the same.
