I have a my own house in a Pune. So can I take a HRA Exemption ..
also me & My wife also working so can we take HRA Benefits together ya only one can take
pl provide guidance on the same

You have not specified whether you and your wife is employed out of Pune. If yes then you can HRA deduction.

we both are living in the same flat & working in Pune ..
it is possible to share 50-50%

Since you have your own house in Pune and you are also working in Pune then you are not eligible for HRA deduction
