he is working in govt bank.
he having salary 5.60 lakhs
he having house loan in hyderabad
he is working in our city.
he received salalry including hrs allowance.
but his own house is let out in last two year, because house is city outs cuts in city
he is paying rent in our city house.
but he can claim hra and housing loan interest and principal, it is correct?
he was not paid municipal tax.

he was paid housing loan emi.

15 July 2011 Since he has given the house on rent the linit of Rs 1.5 Lac u/s 24 does not apply, means he can claim more interest by showing income from house property.
