HRA and 80C not mentioned in Form 16

Hello,
I left a company in Dec 2010. i had given the rent receipt and proof of payment of LIC policies worth Rs 94500 to them. However, when i received the form 16, i observed that they have not considered any of the above while calculating tax and charged full tax to me.
Can i do something on this while submitting IT return now?

Yes , while filing your ROI, you can claim the deduction and exemption which are missing in your Form 16.
