06 February 2011 My employer have ask for PAN of landlord for claiming HRA.Is it compulsory? if yes can it be supported with some circular or notice?

Also can travel agent bill sufficient for claiming LTA?

06 February 2011 PAN no of landlord is optional.
For LTA , against the Travel Agent Bills, you may not get full amount as travel Concession as the maximum permissible amount is limited to the amount prescribed under Rule 2B.
