person have sopr but that house under repairing so he stays in other house & paid rent for that so he get HRA Deduction.because he cant take 80 gg deduction becoz rent paid but he has own house.

HRA exemption claiming u/s.10(13A), assessee need to stay in rented house and need to receive HRA,these 2 conditions only. this 2 conditions are satisfied by him. so he can claim HRA.
