2. The members of S Ltd. filed a complaint against the auditor stating that he failed to sent the auditors report to them.............

20 October 2008 Sec.230 of companies Act says "The auditor's report shall be read before the company in the general meeting and shall be open to inspection by any member of the company.

Provisions do not require auditors to send their report to each and every member of the company.

would like to know with whom the complaint was made
