1. A Govt. company appointed the auditors and fixed their remuneration .......

Sec.230 of companies Act says "The auditor's report shall be read before the company in the general meeting and shall be open to inspection by any member of the company.
Provisions do not require auditors to send their report to each and every member of the company.
