How to transfer shares in my name

16 October 2017 My father bought 200 shares of Dabur India Ltd. from a co worker at the market price in 2002 but did not transfer the name. Now after the spilt and bonus it has become 12000 shares in number. He has original share certificates and transfer form signed by original buyer. what procedure he needs to follow to get 12000 shares on his name . kindly guide.

16 October 2017 Get new transfer deed signed by original buyer and fill the form send it to the company for name transfer.

16 October 2017 Thanks for the reply Sir but will the share transfer deed transfer the whole 12000 shares or just the 200. As we have the original certificate of 200 shares. And on what amount stamp duty will be calculated on 200 shares or 12000 shares.

16 October 2017 Transfer deed has to be made for 12000 shares and stamp duty paid on it.
