Dear Sir,
I have been alloted two pan numbers and having only one card with me and i want to surrender the pan number whuch is wrongly alloted on my name and the card of which is not with me.
Please send me the procedure for surrender of pan number.

FILE FORM 49A FOR CORRECTION IN PAN DATA. MENTION YOUR CORRECT PAN AND DOWN BELOW MENTION EXTRA PAN NO WRONGLY ALLOTTED TO YOU WHICH YOU WANT TO SURRENDER.
