Get the PAN of the said senior citizen registered on the website of the income tax department.
www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
Then you can file/upload the itr

Then you can file/upload the itr

and Select your Client ITR fill generate and upload in income tax efiling website and if no refund claim then verify by generate EVC code through registered email & mobile.
