Dear sir,
I want to know that how to stop deducting tds on commission income from the PACL .For this what is the procedure so assessee's tds can't be deducted by the respected person or company who pays this Commission because assesse's income does not have above limit . so please give me your expert opinion ....

Apply to jurisdictional AO for issuing certificate "Not to deduct tax or to deduct at reduced rate" in prescribed form.

Has to apply in form No. 13 of I.Tax Rule 37G & rule 28.
