I want to Start a Software & Web Development
Company.
So, you are requested to please tell me the procedure and where & in which department i have to registered/ take permission.
all your ideas are welcome.

Your question is more general

To start a company, company should get registrred with ROC of your state. Other compliances of taxation & labour rules is depend upon size of employement & turnover

31 October 2010 Thanks for your reply. But since it is a software & web development company so please tell me related to Information Technology Act related matter.
Other department registration except-
1) PAN for Income Tax
2) Vat & CST
3) ROC
4) ESI & PF
