2. where such details of purchase against C Form feed in e-return Annexures Like j1, j2 etc.?

3.is it compulsory to file CST Return if Purchase against C Form?

13 May 2013 1. It needs to be shown under inter-state purchase.
2. There is a separate annexure in Form-704. This detail needs to be provided in case of audit is applicable.
3. CST return is required to be filed even if you are not having any transaction. However CST purchase is irrelevant for CST return and liability.
