09 December 2016 I m a salaried employee, I have rec'd some movable and immovable property from my ancestors which they acquired in many years, so how should I book/show it in my records and in ITR, plz guide.

11 December 2016 First decide whether the property is your individual property or property of your HUF. If it is individual property and stand transferred in your name show the same in the way as you are showing your other movable and immovable assets
