an employee worked in a company for a 9months and later he jumped into another company . the first company made a short deduction and later amount received from employee and deposited it and files it.now the first company received a short deduction notice.how to we revise ?

you have to deposit the short tds amount, no option.

When the employee made good the short deduction and filed the return, obtain a certificate from CA and reply the notice with CA certificate. No need to deposit TDS again.
