How to revise tds return

Dear Sir,
I had filed Nil TDS return for the quarter from july to september of 2012.
After that i had deduted for printing of vouchers as per 194C.
But the transaction is happening on 23/07/2012.
now i have to revise TDS Return for the Second quarter.
Please kindly inform me the procedure to revise the TDS Return for the second quarter.
