23 October 2014 Sir,
My client received a notice from IT Deptt Compliance Management Cell New Delhi that He has filed his IT Return AY 2010-11 but he has not file IT retun of AY 2011-12, 2012-13 also received direction to fill up reason in 'COMPLIANCE' in incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in while his Taxable Income in AY 2011-12 was 383963 with 3634 RS refund and in AY 2012-13 was 388018 with 2604 RS refund. but He has not filed IT return above mentioned year. Now How he solve this problem
