How to reg. a co. with icai to provide it?

Sir/mam, I want to know that how can a co. can get Registered with Icai which wishes to provide IT for the first time, co. is fulfiling all the financial conditions of eligibility. But the point is It has never provided IT before so it has to get an approval from Icai so pls tell me how to get approval from Icai and how much will it take?
