How to rectify the wrong pan filed

14 May 2013 On account of verification of ITR for loan applied to a Bank, came to know that PAN mentioned in the earlier returns have been wrongly filed but later other returns are correctly filed.

Now how to rectify such wrongly filed PAN number in the itr???
