How to recover password fron incometax site

One of our client has forgotten his password for incometax filing purpose also he has never uploaded any return so he doesnt has any earlier years acknowledgement. he is even not aware of his secret answer. How to recover his password?

MAIL YOUR PAN DETAILS TO ASK@INCOMETAXINDIA.GOV.IN OR EFILING@INCOMETAXINDIA.GOV.IN AND THEY WILL RESET THE PASSWORD
