23 December 2015 hello,
we have two firm A and B both are use a single telephone and when telephone bill receive
firm A paid total amount of telephone bill and then collect a cash from firm B of half payment of telephone bill so my question is how to make this entry?

23 December 2015 Whose Name telephone Billed? if it is Particular Firm or Company you have to take Full for the Firm/ Company name for whom Telephone is Billed . IF telephone in the name of Proprietor than you can claim 50% in each Concern.
