THIS COMPANY NOT DOEN ANY TRANCTION TILL DATE.
MCA21 SITE show that this company Defaulting in filing of Annual return and Balance sheet for the financial year 2008-2009 & 2009-2010.
Company Status (for eFiling)is ACTIVE ON MCA21.
I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW TO REACTIVE THAT COMPANY & WHAT CHRGES IS TO PAID WITH LAW REFRENCE

since your company is already active, you only required to file all your pending annual filing documents with ROC, then the massage of default will be deleted,
Also if you want to go for compounding of offence for non compliance of mandatory provisions of companies act then you can do so by sou motto.
but first thing you should file all the form like form 23AC/23ACA and Form 20B
