How to quote case law?

In CA final exam for DT and IDT paper we have to quote name of the recent case law.
my question is how to quote it? Only name of respective org. is sufficient or CIT vs. Org. is required to quote?

04 May 2014 Although the name of the organization is also sufficient but to score better, quote it fully if you are sure about it.

Recently "Supreme Court/Gujaart High Court/ ITT has held....
.
(If you don't remember the name of the organization).
