hai friends i have one doubt about tcs i.e., how to pay tcs to govt and is it possible that the assessee has the right to claim tcs at the time of filing of return. explain to me if tcs were not deducted from the customer.

TCS is to pay as like TDS. You can claim TCS in his ITR like TDS.
If TCS is not deducted by customer, then you need not to worry. all the penal provisons will be attract to customer not on you.
