How to pay demand notice

I want to pay the demand notice money as asked by IT, .Do I must use the printed challan as mentioned in the email. See the text below.
Or is there any easier way like online payment of tax. If yes please explain.

In case of Demand, this intimation may be treated as Notice of Demand under section 156 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Accordingly, you are requested to pay the entire Demand within 30 days of receipt of this intimation. The payment can be
made using the printed challan enclosed. The Tax Payment challan is enclosed where the Tax Payable exceeds Rs. 100.
Or is there any easier way like online payment of tax. If yes please explain.

I don't know the exact answer but I am adding myself to this thread to know the answer.
In my opinion, demand notice can be paid online.

1. Open this link https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.com/etaxnew/tdsnontds.jsp
2. Click on challan CHALLAN NO./ITNS 280
3. Select Tax applicable (0021) INCOME-TAX (OTHER THAN COMPANIES)
4. select the correct assessment year
5. Select the bank you wish to use for payment of taxes
6. Type of Payment (400) TAX ON REGULAR ASSESSMENT
7. Click on Proceed. It will open a new page where you need to verify the details provided.
8. When you proceed further, it will land you at online banking login page. Login to your account to pay taxes
