How to modifty moa for small listed company

Our company is a small listed company listed at BSE. Now we have to modify the objects of the company.

1. Is it sufficient to put in AGM Approval
or
2. We have to conduct Postal ballot is compulsorily?

Pl. advise the procedure.

29 July 2013 1. Approval of Board of Directors and then Shareholders is a must.

2. Depends upon the total strength of shareholders and abilities to attend the EGM Allow shareholders to postal ballot and/or proxy option.
