Is it that exam form release date is posted on ICAI.ORG or How would a person come to know when form is out otherwise than by word of mouth?

14 July 2008 ADVERTISEMENT WILL APPEAR IN NATIONAL NEWSPAPER REGARDING SALE OF EXAMINATION FORM. I THINK IT WILL AVAILABLE IFROM 1st AUGUST.
