As per new company law it is on company to inform about the auditor appointmet, in case of a new company, the intimation is do be done within 15days of the board meeting and board meeting needs to be done in one month of incorporation. The Form through which ROC need to be intimated about the same is Form ADT - 1, but the same is not available in filing mode. therefore what need to be done in such a case.
