How to get whether a buyer of cst goods has booked our bills

21 January 2015 if a buyer from other state has purchased some material using his cst tin and now informing that he has not booked those purchase bills and refused to give C forms.
What measures are there to first confirm his saying , as the sales representatives are not traceable.
How to confirm this.

21 January 2015 There is no mode to confirm the same. But how the party has made the payment for that purchase if it is by Cheque or NEFT then you can tell the party. But duty to deposit C form is with you now you are liable to pay the balance tax.

21 January 2015 Dear Sir,

1. in case of CST Sales, there should be LR copy or RR copy, who deliver the goods from the transporter.

2. On that basis, tell them to issue C Forms.

3. Moroever, CST Sales not happend without PO in the normal course of busienss, atleast mail order....?

4. Assessing Officer would not entertain this kind of argument that the suppleir refused to give Statutory Forms etc.,
