How to get RBI Reference rate dated 31st March 2021

This query is : Resolved

Quick Summary
A small IT company is seeking the RBI reference rate for 31st March 2021 to account for foreign currency invoices. The RBI website now redirects to FBIL (Financial Benchmarks India Ltd.) for these rates. The discussion confirms that FBIL is the correct source for rates after July 2018, and provides a link to the FBIL website to find the required historical exchange rate.
