How to find date of birth as per pan data base

27 December 2013 Hi All, I have to file Incometax tax return of salary employee . The employee has lost pan card. And given his original date of birth . The e-filing site is not accepting the date of birth given by employee . How to get the date of birth as per Pan data base ?

28 December 2013 Not possible. Go to know your pan and try trail and error method. Ask employee about the possible DOB he has given. Otherwise you will have to opt for correction in PAN data by giving correct DOB. After that you will get a new PAN card bearing same PAN no and correct DOB.
