please help me to tell in which coloumn 44AD income should be fill in ITR 4.

no,
if you are availing sec 44AD then you need to fill ITR-4S.
if you are availing sec 44AD then you need to fill ITR-4S.

But we have agriculture income also along with 44AD income

agriculture income is to be shown under schedule for exempted income as it is exempted u/s 10(1).

But in ITR 4S their is no option to show the agriculture income/exempted income

if you want to disclose it then fill form itr-4 but then 44AD benefit you wont get.
