how to fill ITR 4 - income from insurance commission alone

29 July 2009 Hi,
I was trying to file the returns online using the utility provided by www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in .
I am a senior citizen and my income this year has been solely from insurance commission.
My doubt is what all worksheets in the ITR 4 excel workbook should I fill.
Also if i have to fill BalanceSheet and P/L, since mine would be an no account case(i think its no account case), then what exact amounts should i fill.
Also I believ i should be filling up the TDS2. But where all will the total amount i gained from insurance commisson be entered.

29 July 2009 The amount i have got is very less and still tax deducted is 2000.
So i believe i can get a refund.
Someone please reply as jus 1 more day left for filing the tax return.

first of all sorry for late reply
bcoz i was bucsy due to last date of return filling.
DONT FILE ITR 4 IT IS FOR BUSINESS / PROFESION INCOME
FILE ITR 2
YES YOU ARE RIGHT INSURANCE COMMISION INCOME IS NOT A BUSINESS INCOME.
AND IF YOUR TOTAL INCOME IS BELOW TO TAXABLE INCOME LIMIT THAN YOU TDS AMOUNT WILL BE REFUND WITH 0.5% INTEREST

plz dont think about fee. it is totaly free.i have reyloan software of income tax return filling by which filling the form bcome easy.

one more thing dont be panic about last date 31/07/2009
bcoz as u told your tax is already paid than nothing to be worry bcoz 31 july is the last date for them whoes tax is payable otherwise income tax deppartment will charged the interest 0.5% per month on tax nothing else.
if tax is paid you can file your return till 31st march 2010
after that it deparment can fine penalty

BUT IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO FILE RETURN BEFORE 31st JULY. so refund (assesment) bcome easier.
