How to file ITR of a person who is having tax audit.

Is tax audit is filed seperately. If yes, provide me the link from where i could find the required file.

16 June 2011 ITR of such person is filed in ITR-4.
You have to provide certain specific information under the Part A; Schedule OI-Other Information, & Sch. QD-Quantitative details, which are mentioned in the Tax Audit Report.
Before this, in the Part A ;General , Information related with the auditors are required to be furnished.

There is no requirement of filing Tax audit
Report with the Return.
