I have got outstanding demand letter form ITAX department stating that u have not deposited the tax.I am salaried employee and all my I tax has been correctly deducted and showing in 26 as document.i have spoken to i-tax department for that and they have asked to file rectification request ..

Log on to your account in Incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in.There you will have to click on the rectification request option from the menu Quicklinks.Choose the AY ,give your cpc communication no. and date.
Once validated you need to select the appropriate option.No rectification required/tax credit mismatch,reprocess the same.
