How to file ITR of a home maker mother

27 June 2016 My mother works in Pvt Sector, Gets approx 80000 annually income, monthly by cash in hand. For some reasons, I need to file ITR with her PAN. Do i need to give any document as per income ? Or i can simply put in actual figures..? Since income is within tax slab.

27 June 2016 It is optional to file tax return has your mother income is less than taxable limit. If you want to file you can declare actual salary received for the year and you need not give document evidence for same to file return. You can keep employer declaration for yearly salary for your document evidence for future reference since your mother getting salary by cash substantial to income evidence.
