How to file individual estate return?

29 January 2015 Greetings to every CCI member. I have a urgent query regarding filing of individual estate return online.
After the death of individual his property/ wealth had been transferred to the individual estate. Now his income exceed Rs. 5,00,000/-
Now my query is that how to file the return.

29 January 2015 are you asking for income tax return or wealth tax return? as there is no estate return to be filed

29 January 2015 you can file income tax return for income and wealth tax retrun for wealth if its exceeds rs.30 lacs
