how to file income tax return itr 4 for the a.y year 2017-18 after 31st march,2018 without receiving the notice. kindly explain me most urgent.

if there is any income-tax refund due, then you can approach the jurisdictional CIT for condonation of delay in filing of the tax return. That is the only option
