Respected sir,
i have client who is govt. employee and paying rent of 42000/year,
he is not receiving any HRA from employer,
whether this rent is deductible while calculating net income of the assess?
if yes than how to file/submit form no. 10ba

now no form attach with the ITR you have to prepare the form and retain for future query.
