How to efile return if salaried for 6 mths & then proprietor

14 July 2015 Hello
During FY 2014-15, I was salaried for 6 months and then I started my business as proprietor from Oct 2014. I have been filing Qtrly VAT return regularly. Let me know how to proceed with my efiling of Tax return. Which IT Form I have to fill & do I hhave to send the hard copy to CPC Bengaluru also?

14 July 2015 File ITR4 and send ITRV copy to Bengaluru.
