i want to know that how to create a expand or collapse function in MS word/Excel.i need it very much, so please help me.

08 July 2013 In MS Excel2007... click on Data menu.. go to outline sub tool bar.. click on group menu. Select row or coloumn which are like to be expand or collapse to you.
