How to correct itr iv(s) retrun

22 September 2014 An assess who has income from Profession as well Income from Salary submitted return ITR-IV(S) for A.Y 2014-15 after due date.

However income from Salary wrongly showed in return, which was discovered after submitting the return.

Any one can put light on how to rectify the original return?
