An assess who has income from Profession as well Income from Salary submitted return ITR-IV(S) for A.Y 2014-15 after due date.
However income from Salary wrongly showed in return, which was discovered after submitting the return.
Any one can put light on how to rectify the original return?

as in such case ITR-4 is applicable.

Can the Assessee request for intimation U/S 143(1) to make enable him the necessary rectification in Return ??

Yes but only after the return is processed by the department

its an ivalid return as if no return which is valid is filed so better file
