If I have any complaint that someone is violating so many Laws and Regulations in India openly like Income Tax Law, Service Tax Law, CA Act, Indian Constitution, Indian Penal Code and the principles of natural justice, and if I, in my capacity of an independent citizen of India wish to inform the same to the CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, CBDT and SERVICE TAX DEPARTMENT OF INDIA by way of a letter signed by me, then my query is on which adddresses I should address this letter. I will remain heartedly thankful if you can give me the complete addresses where I can post letters for the said matter.

dear, you post your signed letter to the office of the President of India, New Delhi. Explain in detail all the violations with evidence and also your full details with correct address so that you can be contacted by the authorities to take your help.
