how to concentrate

hello sir...... i have my pcc exams in dis may. dis is my 4th attempt. and for dis time i just want to clear my pcc, but when it comes to studying,i can't study properly.
concentration nahi kar pati. mujhe exams ke lia leave bhi abhi dis march se mili hai. i know agar aisa hi chala to i can't pass.
mai padna chahti hu, but jab padne baithti hu dhyan idhar udhar bhagta hai. aisa nahi hai ki i m a dull student nor i am a superb intelligent girl.
plz help me as soon as possible.
