How to claim tax by forign national under dtaa

31 July 2012 Please someone advise me that how to claim Income Tax deduced by indian company under DTAA policy. Respectiv Tax has been dedposited with Income Tax Department. How forign company claim this amount under their Income Tax Return.

31 July 2012 To claim the amount by the company in its contracting state, you need to go through the contracting state's forms. In India, you need to apply for PAN and then you can file the return
