How to check status of form no 108

dear sir,
i have completed my articleship on 10th aug 2013 and also filled and submit form no 108 on 21st august. bit still i havent received my completion certificate. in members detail on icai site it shows that my articleship is completed on10th aug 13. please tell me how i can get my completion certificate.....

check your status of articleship from your principal membership number

For the time being, just call the articleship cell of the regional office of ICAI.
