Can any one guide me about how to check the details about name and address of the TAN Holder given in TAN.??

You can register your TAN on the TRACES website and thereby you can check the Details.
Apart from this you can check 26AS of any Pan number of whose details have been entered in the TDS return filed on such TAN. In 26AS you will get the name and address of the TAN Holder
