12 May 2017 All of you know from April 1st SBT merges with SBI. How to change the Ledger SBT to SBI. Kindly reply.

12 May 2017 Either you can edit the name.. of the bank.. nothing more gonna change for you in your records na.. Just change the ledger name

12 May 2017 goto Gateway of Tally >>Accounts Info >>Ledger >> Alter

Select Bank Name & alter the same.

18 May 2017 Sir thanks for the reply. But if I alter the bank ledger SBT to SBI, the previous year also will change to SBI, then any option sir ?

19 May 2017 you have to mention in bracket Earlier known as SBT or you can close that ledger & create new bank account with SBT that is also fine.
