How to cancell my previous return

24 February 2015 i applied for loan provider agent, i send previous return(ay 2012-13 to 2013-14) copy to him. but he submitted return of ay 2014-2015 with wrongly income data to efilling site. acknowledment send to cpc with my duplicate sign by loan provider agent . after 8 month i login income tax efiling site, i found my e-filling password is changed by him.i found my return ay 2014-15 already submitted.how to cancelled my return for ay 2014-15

25 February 2015 If the particular return is filed within due date ie., for the Asst Year 2014-15, it is 31.07.2014, as per the information given by you it is assumed that your turnover not exceeded Rs.1 crore/ professional Gross Receipts below Rs.25 lakhs, the return can be revised.But if it is filed after the due date it can not either be cancelled or revised.

25 February 2015 you cannot cancel his return if youfile return before or on due date then you can revise the return.
